Mr. Amos G. Gondo

Mr. Amos Gabriel Gondo obtained his undergraduate in Law degrees from University of Dar es Salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania. He is a registered arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators and the LLM candidate. He did his LL.B. Dissertation in a Banking Law topic namely “Re-Examination of the Law on Credit Provision and Recovery in Tanzania”.

 Mr. Gondo started his carrier at   Amicus Attorneys, then Prime Attorneys, being the prominent and high rated law firms in Tanzania and then moved to Tujijenge Tanzania Limited as a Legal officer then joined the Legal Department at the then Access Bank Tanzania Limited now Access Microfinance Bank (T) Limited for Five Years as a Senior Legal Counsel on to establish his law firm the Lawlead Advocates.

His legal practice includes Banking Law, Land law, Tax Law, Labour Law, Insurance Law, Intellectual property law, Litigation, Arbitration, Company Law, Family Law, Law of Energy, Criminal Law, Property Transactions and Law of Procedure and Evidence. He is the Managing Partner of Gratus Attorneys.

Among others, Mr. Gondo is currently serving as Board Member for UNTOLD Foundation, an International non profitable organisation registered in accordance to Tanzanian Laws.
